About the Project

The Food Ordering Management System (FOMS) is a web-based platform developed using PHP and MySQL, designed to facilitate online food ordering and delivery. It enables customers to browse menu items, place orders, and make payments through a digital wallet. The system consists of key modules such as Users, which includes customers and administrators; Orders, which stores order details, payment methods, and statuses; Items, which manages the menu; and Wallet, which handles customer balances and transactions. Additional features include a Ticketing System for customer support and a Role-Based Access Control mechanism to restrict functionalities. The system enhances operational efficiency, reduces manual errors, and provides a seamless ordering experience for both customers and restaurant administrators.
